Your license key is on its way to your inbox, or it's already there. Four steps and about ten minutes, and your on-device AI assistant is ready to work. Already have Cephable installed and an account? Skip to step 4.
What you'll need
- Your license key from the email we sent you
- A Windows or Mac computer
- An internet connection to download the app and your AI model
- For full workflow automation, 16 GB of RAM or more

Step 1: Download Cephable
Go to the Cephable downloads page and pick the version for the computer you're installing on, Windows or Mac.

Step 2: Install, open, and create your account
Run the installer, then open Cephable. The app walks you through creating your account. Use your work email so your license and account line up.

Step 3: Download your AI model
Follow the onboarding prompts to download a model. Cephable checks your computer's hardware and recommends the size that fits it best. Go with the recommendation unless you have a reason not to. You can change it later.
The model runs entirely on your device, so this is the one larger download in the setup.

Step 4: Enter your license key
In the Cephable Workspace window (not the panel), select the user icon in the upper-right corner to open your account settings, then select Upgrade.
You'll see two options. Choose to enter a license key, paste in the key from your email, and select Submit.
No need to wait. You can enter your key while the model is still downloading.
